Ongrid KSEB subsidy Solar Power Plant System Installation Company for Homes & Commercial in Kerala. Solar subsidy program encourages solar adoption by providing financial aid, making solar energy more accessible and affordable for homeowners and housing societies.
The state’s solar subsidy scheme encourages adoption by reducing upfront costs and improving return on investment. Eligible homeowners and housing societies benefit from financial aid, making solar energy more accessible and affordable. The Rooftop Solar Programme Phase – Ⅱ, supported by the central government, offers fixed financial aid for grid-connected rooftop solar systems, fostering installation in residential properties and housing societies. With subsidized prices and net metering guidelines, consumers can sell excess power back to the grid, further incentivizing adoption. The National Portal for Rooftop Solar facilitates subsidy processing and disbursal, offering a simplified solution for accessing subsidies based on system size.
The current allocation from MNRE to KSEB stands at 200,000 kW (200 MW), with a remaining balance of approximately 70 MW. The subsidy program offers 40% subsidy for installations up to 3 kW and 20% for installations up to 10 kW. The application deadline is December 2024. All products and installation procedures must strictly adhere to the minimum standards set by MNRE, ALMM, BIS, and IEC.
Interested individuals and organizations can check their eligibility for the subsidy program with us.
Once eligibility is confirmed, applicants can proceed with the application process, which involves submitting necessary documentation and complying with program guidelines.
Upon successful verification of the application, approved participants will receive financial assistance towards the installation of their solar energy systems.
With the help of the subsidy, participants can enjoy the benefits of solar energy, including reduced electricity bills and a cleaner energy footprint.
The Indian government, under the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), provides solar subsidies known as Central Financial Assistance (CFA). These subsidies are granted as a percentage of the Benchmark price established for each on-grid project capacity. Notably, the CFA subsidies are presently limited to domestic consumers. It is worth highlighting that the subsidy is capped at the lower value between the MNRE determined Benchmark price and the tender discovered price, which varies by state. The table below summarizes the benchmark price and central financial assistance/subsidy per kWp for different on-grid project capacities.
Harnessing solar energy presents a promising avenue for substantial savings on your energy bills every two months. By investing in solar power, individuals can expect to see a noticeable reduction in their electricity expenses over time. With the sun’s abundant energy serving as a renewable resource, leveraging solar panels translates to significant cost savings while also contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.
If your current 2-monthly electricity bills total around Rs. 2000, installing a 2 kWp system would eliminate your energy charges entirely in your KSEB bills.
If your current bimonthly electricity bills amount to approximately Rs. 4500, installing a 3 kWp system would eliminate your energy charges entirely in your KSEB bills. Hurray!
if your present 2-Monthly Electricity Bills is around Rs. 9000, then a 5 kWp would make your Energy Charges in your KSEB Bills absolutely ZERO!!

This is for a Flat roof terrace house requiring standard solar structure. Only if the structure requirement is different, then that will be extra (but the customer can opt to do such works himself without paying anything extra to us)
All our systems carry 5 years limited manufacturing warranty as per the respective component manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Additional product warranties beyond 5 years are available for the individual components such as solar panels and Inverters, depending on the brands chosen. Any warranties for the independent components beyond the first 5 years are offered directly by the respective manufacturers, and we will support such claims under our discretion on a chargeable basis.
Solar Panels and Inverters are of High Quality as per the MNRE and KSEBL standards meeting BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and ALMM compliance requirements, and brands approved by the Government after stringent quality checks. Each batch of Solar Panels are tested by KSEBL from the manufacturer's factory before each despatch. All our inverters and solar panels are also BIS approved and meets all international certifications. KSEBL further conducts tests on our field systems too.
In India, your home solar system should produce enough electricity to meet your average annual electricity needs. Typically, a 1 kWp Solar Power Plant may generate anything between 90 units to 120 units of electricity per month. So, to estimate your exact requirement, divide the consumed units in your electricity bills by 90 or 120 to get a rough estimate of the capacity of solar power plant needed in your house. To determine your electricity requirements, go over your bills for the last year or more. You can even request advice or, even better, an estimate from us. We are always ready to help!
